If you mean the ajax search results, then you can easily turn off the images on the General Options -> Image options panel: http://i.imgur.com/hoDgrUZ.png
This is the best and easiest way of doing it.

You might want to switch to use the vertical layout instead of the horizontal one instead in this case.
1. On the Layout Options -> Results layout panel change it to vertical: http://i.imgur.com/l72YTWX.png
2. On the same panel, you can make sure that everything else is turned off from displaying, if you don’t need them: http://i.imgur.com/DMv05y8.png
3. Also, Title colors appear to be set to white. You can change that on the Theme Options -> Typography panel: http://i.imgur.com/gf2K6LF.png
