Make sure to clear all caches, including cloudflare. The settings are in effect, but because of cache it’s not propagated to the front-end. I usually turn off all caching (including CDN) when making adjustments to site layouts, as it’s not predictable when the assets are cleared from cache.
I can see the 200px widht for the navigation search in the stylesheet file, but the front-end is served an older one. After clearing all layers of cache, this will be visible.
