When I filter the search by categories or tags it does well, but when I create a custom field it does not work. I have also created these fields on the product page, but I do not know where the problem might be.

Indeed, for some reason the filters not work as expected, they always return both results, and I honestly don’t know why. I tried to re-create the problem, but no luck, everything works on my test and demo servers.
Can you please add temporary FTP access as well? I would like to debug the search query to see how is is executed, and why is it returning both results.
I have found the issue, it was related to post meta filtering when using WooCommerce. I have managed to fix it, and I’m of course including this solution in the upcoming release as well. It should be filtering by the language custom field now.
