Hi!
You can change that text by clicking on the Change display mode button on the Frontend Search Setting -> Categories & Taxonomy terms panel: https://i.imgur.com/08YGiU3.png
The taxonomy should be there on that list. Once you found it, just change the ‘Box header’ text.
