    Dear Support,

Certain search results show a random hash (at least that’s what I’m calling it) in the search results preview excerpt. I’ve narrowed the taxonomy down to my “Post” pages, which are for race timing results. So, for example, searching “Rick’s Run Results” or “Turkey Trot Results” shows this random hash. The hash string itself doesn’t change and appears to always be: W2FkZF9zaW5nbGVfZXZlbnRvbiBpZD0mcXV…

I’ve attached a couple annotated screenshots which shows the problem.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks,
    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

It looks like, that is some sort of shortcode argument leftover or something very similar to that. The plugin tries to extract those shortcodes and remove them for better performance, but I guess the content of this shortcode is encoded in some way, so it should be rather exectuted.

Try changing this option to ‘Execute them’: https://i.imgur.com/kG5vSCF.png

It should very likely solve the issue, by executing the shortcodes and getting their output.
