In the ajax search pro list of all current searches, I am unable to duplicate or delete any of my current searches. When I click on the icon to delete or duplicate nothing happens, however, if I click on the icon to edit the individual searches setting it works fine.
Are there any possible causes for this?

It is nearly impossible to tell without seeing the issue, but I am guessing that a 3rd party script causing a conflict, since it is working on all of our test environments. It is just a guess though, but it is very likely.
If you want, you can add temporary back-end access, and I can check the javascript error console, if there is anything there.
