The purchase code was previously used for the dev site URL, but I have no correct records of what it was.
I tried to deactivate the purchase code via the Help & Updates page on the current live site, but I can’t find or get the old URL right. Can you please just force deactivate it so that I can get the code working on the site listed in the private details section of this form?
