File(s) location for Other Search Title

Can you tell me where the code (file) is for these items on the screen shot. Basically I need to add a span class code to “notranslate” to the title so it blocks the google translation of camera names and Manufacturer names.

Roughly I’m doing this : <span class=”notranslate”>this text will not be translated</span>

Im not asking you to do it.. I just need to know the file(s) where I can add that class.
