Different include/exclude in ajax search and in the final search page

Hi,

I would like to ask, if there is an option to include just one category in the ajax search below the search bar (for example, just the results, that are in the category “TOP”) – (I was able to do this) – but if the user clicks the search icon (or enter on the keyboard), the final result page won`t be affected with the “include/exclude category parameter”, instead it would show full results of everything.
