Thank you very much for the proper details, it helped me a lot. I have used the FTP access to test a custom code for solution.
So, the best possible solution I could come up with is to add a custom code to the site footer via the child theme functions.php file, so that clicking on one of the suggested keywords, it will automatically jump back to the top of the page, where the search bar is visible. I hope that does the trick for you!
