Hi Javi,
Those items in the filter drop-down are taxonomy terms, while the ‘programas’ is a post type. The drop-down only shows the taxonomy terms list, and the first associated post type as an information. Post types cannot be used as filters, as the post types are the ones that are filtered.
If you want to search this post type, you will have to choose it under the General Options -> Sources panel.
