KeymasterHi,
I’m not sure I understand correctly, but if you want the plugin to return categories and tags as results, then this documentation should help you out: Taxonomy Terms as results
I think this is what you are looking for. Basically this configuration: https://i.imgur.com/K7Atpwx.pngI hope this helps!

KeymasterHi,
I think you still have the lite version installed. Please make sure to follow the instructions to install the Pro version. The Lite and the Pro version are two separate plugins, for better convenience.

KeymasterHi,
On the screenshots I see the Lite version of the plugin, please make sure that you installed the Pro version, as those are two separate plugins. Once installing the Pro version, deactivate the Lite version, and then, you will see the new options under the Pro version menu. Please follow the installation guide in the documentation, it will definitely help.
Do you have issues with the installation, or is there something else wrong?March 26, 2019 at 12:31 pm #21795couponzpoint
ParticipantIt is next to impossible for us. We are frustrated completely. Is there any screen share facility with you. Or any alternative. I have uploaded through FTP and tried also, but to no avail.

KeymasterHi,
I’m glad it works now. I understand if you are frustrated, but I am here to help you out. Unfortunately we don’t have the capacity for live support though.
I suggest checking the documentation step-by-step, it explains all the things you need to be aware of initially:
– Getting started
– If you had the lite version, you can import the options from the lite version as well
From there, I suggest checking the:
– General Options and all subchapters
– You can also check the behavior options, and what are they forTo replace the theme search, try the automatic theme search replacement tool:
– Replacing the theme search bar
If works for most themes, that use the get_search_form() method, that is recommended by core WP development guidelines. -
