1. It can be displayed after the taxonomy titles, by turning on this option: https://i.imgur.com/JUMnkIx.png
2. First, try turning off all of these. Then try the search on the front-end. It will warn you if you need to turn on any of these scripts. This will reduce the requests
You can also enable the conditional CSS loader feature, which will load the CSS assets via an asynchrounous method.
Also, if you already use google fonts, you can turn off this option. This will fully minimize the asset loading. For further improvements, I recommend using a cache solution, maybe in combination with a CDN (like cloudflare).
