    Hello,
    When I enter this item purchase code ** in ASP>Help & Update page, it says “This purchase code is already activated for a different site.”. But to my knowledge, I do not activate this in any different site.

    Please investigate the matter and suggest me as it you thiks fit.

    Hi,

    Thank you. The purchase code was associated with an IP address, not a URL: 68.183.94.209
    I guess during testing/moving your site at some point it was tested via the URL and not the domain, and the IP was sent over, not the domain. I have deactivated it manually, now you should be able to activate it for automatic updates.
