I’m assuming the manufacturers are either taxonomy terms or custom fields. In that case I suggest checking the taxonomy terms and custom field filters documentation chapters. A very simiar use-case example can be found here, and there is a tutorial for it here.
There is also a possibility to turn off pagination for the isotopic results here, and the load-more feature that supports an infinite scrolling version too.
