    Hi,

I am trying to use User search profile with ajax search pro. I won’t be able to search by one word. I am attaching images with my issue,

First image : The user profile ( Profile build by Profilegrid plugin)
Second image: The exact word match and you will find the profile ( Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit, Regulatory, Anti-Money Laundering )
Third image: If I write first word it will populate random result (Compliance – It is not working)

So, I am looking for related word match and it should results in all related User profile. If I will type Compliance it should display all the user profile with word Compliance in it.

    Hi,

Thank you for the details, but I cannot seem to be able to log in to the site back-end, I would like to check the search configuration. Can you please check that?

The word compliance must match somewhere on the selected fields, but I can’t tell only from the front-end. Once I can see the configuration, I might be able to tell where the problem is.

    Hi,

Thank you very much, I have found why those are matched. I checked this users profile on the extended editor, and the about me section has the word ‘compliance’ in it: https://i.imgur.com/a7dNI8u.png

I think if you de-select the ‘About me’ xProfile field from searching, it should do the trick.

Something is not okay with the query there for sure. Can you please add temporary FTP access? I would like to debug the query running, step by step, to see if there is any mistake there somewhere. Thank you!
