Hi!
I suspect this might be some sort of animation/transition conflict. I would suggest trying the following configuration:
1. Try turning off all the animations here: https://i.imgur.com/b8Cmj0Y.png
This should help a lot already.
2. (optionally) Change the viewport size to 10000 or more, to avoid the scrollbar alltogether: https://i.imgur.com/P0MkEbd.png
This configuration alltogether should overall smoothen the scrolling effect as well.
