Hi,
Within my client’s web site we are using WooCommerce as a catalogue with this plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-tab-manager/ to crate custom tabs. We have added this as a post type to be searched and the search plugin is searching within the product tabs however when you click the results instead of going to the products page the link is to the actual individual tabs which are private.
You can replicate this as follows:
Go here https://www.edpeurope.com/product/aislelok-modular-containment-rack-top-baffles/ scroll down and select Part Numbers tab, copy a part number 46-10161-27.5 for example and now paste into the search box. Click the result and it takes you to this link https://www.edpeurope.com/?post_type=wc_product_tab&p=14261.
Please could you provide some code or let me know how we can set the search results to direct to the actual product not the individual tab?

Thank you for all the details, I resolved the issue for you.
The product tabs custom post type is a bit misleading, as it is not actually a link to the product itself, it is parsed along with the product. I will make sure to disable that within the upcoming release, as it caused confusion before.
Since you gave access to the back-end, I made the adjusments to the search to get that information from the product tabs for you:
1. I have enabled the index table engine and configured it to index the products: https://i.imgur.com/9pljdsM.png
2. Then on the search options, I enabled it, and selected only the products: https://i.imgur.com/4LZRPnq.pngNow, searching the data from the product tabs will return the corresponding product as the results. I hope this helps!
