I tried via a USA VPN, and that worked. Somewhere along the way our IP is blocked or something, as with this other IP it works without issues.
Anyways, I have found the problem. The duplicate items are not actually duplicates, one is a Post and the other is a Portfolio item. Under the content options, you can disable either of these post types, and leave the one you need: https://i.imgur.com/qKK6Yeu.png
I guess you don’t need the posts, but I didn’t want to change anything. After turning off one or the other, it will resolve the problem.
