    Hey,
is it possible to only search in pages that have a specific parent page?

    Hi,

Yes, but a small custom code snippet is needed for it. In this tutorial you should find all the information needed: Limiting results to a specific post parent

Sorry for coming back to this topic. Is it possible to also include all child pages down the hierarchy tree?

I’m afraid that is not possible, only by including all of the page IDs, that act as parents – because there is no direct connection between them.
I tried to look up the WordPress documentation, as well as StackOverflow for possible solutions, but there does not seem to be a way to restrict a query to all descendants.

Ok, not a big deal! Thanks for your efforts! I appreciate it!
