I have reset the URL, so you can activate it again. By default the plugin tries to detect staging/live/test server URIs, if they start with staging.mainurl or test.mainurl. If you have a staging environment, which is automatically pushed to the live, then activating on the staging is sufficient, as the deploying process automatically overwrites everything.
