Sure, if the values you want to filter by are custom field values, and not taxonomy terms (like categories).
Taxonomy terms are separate objects, and the filter uses their IDs to compare values, not their actual labels – as those are display values only. Therefore object IDs cannot be used with range sliders as those are not the same as their labels, that is not possible.
