Thanks for providing this additional information. I have found the culprit. For anyone that is running the Autoptimize plugin and this Search, I was able to resolve this by disabling the following selection within the Autoptimize options – Found on JS, CSS, & HTML under CSS.

Also aggregate inline CSS?
Check this option for Autoptimize to also aggregate CSS in the HTML. – Deselect this.
