ParticipantI could not figure out how to disable the search going into my search archive. This is for my Experiences and Product search function.
I have turned off the action when pressing return button into do nothing, but when I press enter it still goes into the search archive. I’ve checked your documentation but it didn’t really give any more explanation.
You can compare from my https://pulaoo.com/product/ search function (this is correct). Whereas https://pulaoo.com/product/experiences/ & https://pulaoo.com/product/hotels/ when in the search button I press enter it will go to the archive search pageFebruary 5, 2021 at 10:42 am #31468Ernest Marcinko
KeymasterHi,
I have updated the plugin to the latest release 4.20.4, I believe it resolved the issue, at least when I changed it to “do nothing” it seemed to work okay on the back-end.

ParticipantI just checked, the problem still persists. Do you think this is a bug on the plugin? I am suspecting it because of the elementor integration. Because the one that goes to the search archive unintentionally is the one that is integrated with elementor. I also just tried to change my search on my homepage where it’s not integrated with elementor, the “do nothing” works

KeymasterIt is probably in relation with the elementor integration. For now use the “trigger live search”, it is almost the same. I will look into this in the local test environment, probably it’s something minor.

ParticipantI see, yeah initially it was “trigger live search” that when I press enter it will still go to the search archive. Kindly let me know if the elementor integration is fixed, would be much appreciated! Thank you!

KeymasterSure, you will get an email from codecanyon once it is ready.
For now, I have turned on this option for you: https://i.imgur.com/uxvtMb9.png
It should at least prevent the redirection.February 5, 2021 at 3:05 pm #31474tudeputrajaya31
ParticipantOh actually, this fixes the problem for now. Thanks!
