    Hello,

I have a problem on the new search plugin: AJAX Search Pro. I use it on the widget ubermenu area. It’s not loading results and even working, but it’s free version AJAX Search Lite is working great in the same area.

I tried AJAX Search Pro on different themes. It works on the storefront. I realized it should be the style.css but it seems weird to me because it’s free version works on my current theme but the pro version does not. Out of everything, it should be the setting on the Pro version but I don’t have any luck with it.

Both plugins installed on the website, but I deactivated AJAX Search Lite to test the Pro version.
    I used shortcode:
    AJAX Search Lite: [wpdreams_ajaxsearchlite]
    AJAX Search Pro: [wpdreams_ajaxsearchpro id=2]

    Read artrices:
    Generating the index table
    Search Widget
    Search as menu item

Thank you for your time reading my email.

    Hi,

Thank you very much for the details!

I have found some javascript errors, which I believe are causing the issue. These are not related to the plugin, but I would highly recommend fixing them, as I am seeing reports in the console, that other plugins are failing to initialize as well: https://i.imgur.com/LglOMgm.png

I enabled this option on the plugin back-end to bypass any possible loading issues: https://i.imgur.com/XRPn9i9.png
It should be all right now.

    Hi,

If you don’t want to trigger the search on an empty search bar, then you can set the number of characters to trigger the search to 1 or more.
Also, make sure to set the correct results page the search redirects to (WooCommerce results page).
