ParticipantHi
We are using WP Search Pro. It’s a pretty big number of pages and posts, so we’ve activated the indexing.
You can find the screenshots attached. When searching using the index, we only get 7 results.
When not using the index, we get many more, and more relevant ones. What can cause this? For instance the post type ‘dossiers’ isn’t findable in the indexed version, but it is without the index. Thanks

KeymasterHi,
Thank you for the details, but I’m afraid I won’t be able to tell only via screenshots. Can you please add temporary back-end and FTP access so I can check the whole configuration and debug the query if needed? Thank you!

KeymasterThank you!
At first, please the plugin to the latest release (4.20.6)
After that, if you clear the cache there might be some improvements. Your current version is very outdated. If this was caused by a known issue, then it is very likely that the version update resolves it.March 9, 2021 at 3:00 pm #32087eelcovandewiel19
ParticipantHi
We’ve updated to the latest version and cleared the cache.
But still shows less then expected.
Thanks

KeymasterThank you!
The issue was the stop words on the index table. The keywords logic is set to “AND”, but the word “met” was on the stop list, so it was never indexed, yielding no results. I re-indexed without the stop words, now it looks much better.
