Hi,

I made new instance of ASP with ID 3 (stavebni-divize) which is displayed here https://bl.whys.eu/stavebni-divize/. I also setup to search only in custom post type called bal_stavebni_divize containing some posts. U can check it here https://bl.whys.eu/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=bal_stavebni_divize

But I get no results no matters what I do.

Can you check it please?

Hi,

Thank you for the details!

Try turning off the Polylang compatibility mode. If the items are not yet translated, they might be excluded by default.

Hi,

it’s not problem just in “stavebni-divize”, but I sent it to you as the best example. Other results are translated or some of them are translated. So turning off Polylang compatibility mode isn’t a solution imho.

I’m not sure if there is a way to be honest. If the language is not marked in polylang, then it can be either untranslated or in the root language. So if the plugin was to include items, where no translations were found in the current language, then it may include items added in all of the other languages. Sort of a catch-22 situation.
If you want, you can add temporary FTP access, and I can try something via custom code, but I can not guarantee anything unfortunately.

Still no difference. Just tried stavebni-divize search and still get no results.

Hi,

we have tested it more and we get all results at this time. I mean, we get all language results. So if i’m on EN version I get also PL and CZ results.

Can u fix it asap please?

Hi,

I tried a few phrases, for example “tel” and got these results on the english site: https://i.imgur.com/WjMpDXn.png
I clicked on the first result, and the URL seems to be right as well as the description, it is simply not translated (description at least): https://i.imgur.com/SrfAQLZ.png
I double checked on the product editor, and the text is indeed in a different language for the excerpt: https://i.imgur.com/6i1NWkZ.png
So it seems the search displays the correct result, but it is not translated yet.
