    Hi Ernest,

We use a translation plugin called GTranslate and it seems to be translating the user’s <<First & Last Names>> in ASP results area which we don’t want. Please take a look at This Video to understand more the issue.

Now, once we contacted GTranslate, they told us that the solution to solve the issue is to skip the translation by adding a <<Non-Translate>> class to the user’s First & Last Names. Well, the question is how can we get the Class? Please, Click Here to reproduce the issue.

    Thanks for your time 🙂

    Hi,

I am not sure what they exactly mean by that, but I assume they mean a custom CSS class. If so, then something like this should be able to resolve it: https://i.imgur.com/L1sn5oX.png
