Priority: Response data is missing error

Hi,

We are having issue with our search on both production unation.com/fl/tampa-bay and https://www.unationdev.com/fl/tampa-bay that started today (plugin: AJAX Search Pro) where it gives error: “Response data is missing”.

The plugin documentation mentions something related to htaccess file redirects or could be something with admin-ajax. So far the devs updated the plugin on production unation.com and looked into it a bit, but the issue still persists. I wanted to check if it was server related as it happened on all environments at once:

For now we have hidden our search bar on production, but you can reproduce the issue by searching any term on https://www.unationdev.com/fl/tampa-bay
