No results page

Hi, if it ask for a website password to view the website it’s ovg123 however I set up an admin for you.
I have three search engines and replaced the wordpress search with General Information Search. All but the wordpress search show the live trigger search where the box comes up. But if you click the magnifying glass, the new page comes up with no results. How do I fix this problem? I like the window coming up but there will always be something to clicks the magnifying glass. I tried to make a divi theme search page but that didn’t work either.
