On the screenshot, you have a single radio button filter only. Can you try adding more options to the list to see if that changes anything?
If you are simply trying to restrict the posts to a certain category, I recommend this method instead.
May I also ask, which search bar did you try on our website, and it did not work? Can you please send me a link to that? Everything seems to work all right on our ends, I would like to test the faulty search. Thank you!
