Sure, no problem.
Open the wp-content/plugins/ajax-search-pro/backend/settings/class/tagssearch.class.php file on your server, and replace it’s contents with this: https://gist.github.com/anag0/bf42b137d7d7130305b425e88f005735
It will increase the results limit to 50, which is hopefully sufficient.
