I could write pages on specific details, but long story short – it would create massive incompatibility issues with other features at the moment. We are constantly working to improve that, and within a future upgrade it will be definitely available.
WOOF is specifically made for this purpose, as a WooCommerce products filter, and it is really good for it – while our plugin is a general search engine, to search everything possible (including users, taxonomies, media file contents etc..)
The Dynamic.ooo dynamic Products widget is not the same as the core Elementor products widget, and if it does not use the same core hooks as the default Elementor Products widget, it will not work.
