    Hi there,

    I set up some exclude in results pages and also some rules but the search ignores them and shows the excluded pages.

    I tried all options exclude by user, by IDs, by individual pages, but nothing if working. We need to exclude pages that are just for members,
    ‘Can you pls have a look as this is very crucial for us.

    Hi,

    Thank you very much for all the details, it helps us a lot!

    I assume you are reffering to the search results page (not the live search results). I have logged in via the access details enabled the search results override feature, now it should be all right. I have also updated the optins to use the index table engine for the best possible search results.
