    Hey guys,

Trying to carry out a live search under the available post type Videos [aiovg_videos].

I want the user to be able to see all of the available videos when they first land on the page and then as they search they see live filtered results based on the search, just like shown here:

    https://ajaxsearchpro.com/elementor-live-filter/

I’ve got this in place on this page here: http://mcds1.sg-host.com/videos/

However it isn’t working and I’m sure everything is set up correctly. I’ve read the documentation, watched the video etc

Could you please take a quick look for me.

    Thank you,
    Lyle

    Hi Lyle,

Thank you for all the details, it helps us a lot!

After taking a quick look, I suspect you are not using the Elementor posts widget, but it seems to be an addon widget, maybe the one from Essentials or similar. If you replace it with the regular Elementor posts widget, that will resolve the issue.

We are trying to integrate the best we can, but unfortunately some addon custom post widgets work very differently from the original posts or product widgets.

    Best,
    Ernest Marcinko

    That’s working!

Fantastic support, thank you. I hadn’t even realised I wasn’t using the elementor post widget.

    Thanks again.
