as you can see from Frontend Search Settings I selected Categories & Taxonomy Terms but categories doesn’t show in that page https://www.registro-osteopati-italia.com/pubblicazioni-dei-soci-roi/Could you please help me?

Make sure that the frontend search settings are indeed enabled and visible: https://i.imgur.com/7OJZ1L0.png
That will very likely resolve the issue.
