    Hi Ernest,

I use [wd_asp id=2] at the top of this page:
    https://voresikast.dk/det-sker/
    – it shows upcoming events called “Det Sker”

If a member is logged in, I use [wd_asp id=5] instead – I have made it so that ID2 is hidden when you are logged in and vice versa 🙂

I would like also to search in “PRIVATE” posts/CPT’s if you’re logged in. So I need help to change ID5 so that private posts are also indexed.

Is it possible and can you help me?

    Many thanks in advance!

    Best regards
    Danny

    Hi Danny,

I’m afraid the only way to achieve that is by not using the index table for that specific search ID. The index table does not store the post statuses to keep the database as small as possible, so there is no way to make exclusions or inclusions based on the status.

If you switch to the regular engine, you can add the private status too.

Sure! You only need to change the search ID=5. Do this on search 5 configuration: https://i.imgur.com/snwwnil.png
And that’s it, search 5 is now going to search private posts too.
