ParticipantHi,
I’ve watched all videos and I couldn’t make a working live filtering the way you did it in the elementor demo video. The aim is to create a page like this one : https://ajaxsearchpro.com/elementor-live-product-filter/
I made a page with with divi and blog module with all posts and I’ve added the live code to the css class and added the search bar, and still not working . The result only disappear and on refresh of the page they appear again.
I’m not sure how to create temporary login without email.

KeymasterHi,
The issue is that you are using a Divi blog module, where this feature is specifically for Elementor posts/product widgets.
If the page is an archive page (for example the blog archive), then the archive page live filtering will do the trick.
That works automatically, maybe only the dom element selector should be adjusted, in your case (looking at the theme output), it is very likely:
#main-content
So your setup should look like this: https://i.imgur.com/4dmkb6n.pngMarch 13, 2023 at 9:27 pm #41740nutritionistbg
ParticipantThank you very much for the suggestion, but it didn’t work. After I type something all items on the page disappear.
Can you advise further, please?March 14, 2023 at 11:22 am #41747Ernest Marcinko
KeymasterSure!
Can you please add a link where I can check out this filter? I tried the home page as well as some subpages but I could not find it.
Can you please also add temporary back-end access so I check and modify the search configuration if needed? Thank you!

ParticipantHi,
I’ve set the last post with wp temp login as private. I’m not sure if you can see it, as you didn’t reply

KeymasterThank you, I can see it now.
Okay, so this is not an archive page, but just a single page with a Divi posts module – in this case there is no way to filter that. The archive page live filtering will only work on archive pages – like taxonomy, post type, search results pages.

ParticipantHi,
Ok, I see. Then can we make it work on a category page? Like this one https://www.nutritionist.bg/category/%d1%80%d0%b5%d1%86%d0%b5%d0%bf%d1%82%d0%b8/
This is main category recipes

KeymasterI think that could actually work just fine. Make sure to enable that feature, and for the DOM selector try using this:
#main-contentMarch 18, 2023 at 4:17 pm #41867nutritionistbg
ParticipantI tried this already and didn’t work. However, thanks for your help, I’ve already requested refund.
