I can’t make the initial post private, but I removed the site URL and moved it to the private details.
The search results page (triggered by the “s” query argument on any WordPress site like “s?=phrase”) is passed to the search results archive template file (search.php) in your theme directory. This is fully controlled by your theme. To modify this layout, you may have to check the theme settings. Some page builders also provide archive page widgets – but I usually recommend customizing the existing theme, so you don’t have to invest in another plugin.
