FILTER NOT WORKING

I bought this plugin to use as a sort and filter for the companies on this website. The way they would like it organized is for all the logos of the companies to show, and then filter through the selected options: geography, status, sector, and funds. For some reason, there is a random selection of categories showing under the search bar (active, Belgium, biotech, etc…) and then the filters do not work properly. Also, you have to click through to find the logos under whatever options are showing. There are no errors in the inspector, and I tried disabling other plugins to see if it would work, as well as updating the theme. Nothing has helped so far, and I’m very confused by the backend of the plugin. Any help would be appreciated.
