Is it possible to force the plugin to only return image attachments based on their caption?
I have ACF image galleries in some posts and want to add captions to images for searching purposes.
I don’t want featured images set in pages to be returned in results.

Thank you very much for your kind words!
Sure, make sure that no post types are selected for search, and on the media search panel set to search only the captions.
