    Hi,

    Sure!

Can you add a relevant URL where I could take a look? It looks like negative margin/transition on the container, but it’s impossible to tell only by screenshots.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply.

You can check the header search box in this page.

Hope you can suggest me the options to configure to make the search box looks better on header like that.

    Best regards,

    Sure!

I see the issues now. Make sure to revert these options back to default:
    – Search settings: https://i.imgur.com/o5Vs5X9.png
    – Results layout: https://i.imgur.com/wfekcRn.png
These will make sure to have the settings and the results into a floating position, which is much better for a header implementation.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late feedback.

I configured as you advice. It looks much better. There just are two things need to improve.

    1. Instead showing three dots, can I show the categories select box there? Also, when I click on three dots, I cannot select category, the popup closed when I clicking on the selection.

    2. Where can I make the search result box larger?

    Best regards,
    Cactusthemes

    Hi,

    You are welcome!

    1. I’m afraid not in an inline position. You could use the search and the settings shortcode separately side-by-side in a two row container, but that would not have the same effect.

    2. You can change it here: https://i.imgur.com/8ocKiVB.png

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply.

    1. I can use three dots. But I still cannot click the filter items. Can you help?

    Best regards,

    Sure!

I tried, but on my end it seemed to work all right. I clicked the dots, then tried the filter but it was okay: https://i.imgur.com/289kqBk.png

Ah, I noticed the issue only happens on Safari browser instead. Could you check it on Safari?

    Sure!

It seems to work on Safari as well: https://i.imgur.com/c0jQqyb.png

Can you try clearing the site and the browser cache? Usually when there is a difference on ends, it is the cache or a browser extension.

    Hi,

I already voted five stars for your plugin and support.

Sorry for re-open this ticket, but I just noticed that, the last issue is not due to cache. The issue only is happened for logged in users.

    The issue:
    – if user logged in, when they click on three dots and select filter, the dropdown immediately closed so I cannot select any filter category.
    – if user not logged in, everything is ok.

Hope you can help me to solve this weird issue.

Please use this account for testing.

Thank you very much for your rating!

Interesting, I tried to debug this, but I can’t see any difference within the handlers, it must be something I’m not seeing. My guess there is something else also involved, but the debug tools see no difference in output.

Can you please check you have the latest update installed? From the front-end it looks like it’s not the latest version. It should be 4.26.11
Just to make sure it’s not something that was already fixed.
