403 error means an authorization issue on the server side, when the server has issues with the browser itself. It’s usually nothing serious, most of the time it’s related to a browser plugin/update. Usually clearing the browser cache and logging in and out of the administrator area resolves it. If no luck, then restarting the computer could also help, if it’s related to the network.
