Hey there,
Is there a reason we can’t set “product titles” as a source for the autocomplete & suggestions?
We also have a few more taxonomies such as “locations” which we would like to include to the autocomplete/suggestions.

Sure!
If you set it to Post titles it will automatically get the titles from the selected post types under the general options. So if you are searching for products, it will suggest product titles.
