We have two errors in the statistics section.

    1. In the statistics section of your plugin, I see words or phrases in other languages that don’t make sense and searchs results that dont make any sense, since we only sells vitamins and supplements, for example: RAM for Samsung notebooks, NEC Aterm WX3000HP2, where to buy battle golf set games, damon q брекеты, ラッシュガード シャツ, see screenshot image-1.

Its also important notice that we use another search plugin for 1 year, and never see that kind of results on the statistics reports.

    2. I’ve already set up Google Analytics and it’s working because I can see events in real time, BUT I don’t see where is a report is or how to view searches performed by users, let’s say, in the last 7 days. Seeing this is very important for us because we can see what the user wants or what they are looking for and refine the search results accordingly and even evaluate getting other products for the store. The plugin we had previously gave us this information in a basic but very FUNCTIONAL way. See attached file, example report.

    Hi!

    1. These are the phrases that your users have entered into the live search and triggered the live search. If you see those, that means those phrases were actually used, even if they don’t make any sense. Those are no errors though, that is what has been entered into the search bar for sure – the plugin only stores them.

    2. I’m not an expert with analytics, but generally you want to see reports within the Engagement -> Events panel. Then click on the search_end event. Then on the Event Category and Event Label panels you can see all the defined values from the back-end.
Typically Event Label is used as the search phrase, in my example the results count is also included. If you only want the search phrase, then you can change it: https://i.imgur.com/DzfYOTd.png
Again, I’m no expert, but as far as I know google analytics is very versatile and you can basically generate all kinds of reports and even download them.
