ParticipantI want the layout of our main search to separate products and other pages as shown in the screenshot. How do I do this with your system?

KeymasterHi,
That exact same layout is not possible, but there is a very similar one to that via the results grouping.

ParticipantI feel like I’m likely just missing something simple, but products are not showing in my search. What am I doing wrong?

KeymasterMake sure the Product post type is selected under the search sources, that should do the trick.

ParticipantThat was done when I first set up the search years ago, and it is still set up that way. I even tried removing products and re-adding them on that screen. I’ve been through all your search documentation I can find, and spent nearly 12 hours on this with no luck. Sadly, there’s a deeper issue going on here. Could you please use the credentials I shared privately to review my particular setup yourself? Thank you.

KeymasterSure!
I tried to log-in but the credentials doesn’t work. I’m not getting an error message though, it just refreshes without logging in. Will you please check that?

KeymasterThanks, I have tried via incognito as well, but the same thing happens. The URL contains the login failure parameter after I try to log-in, but no failure message: https://i.imgur.com/B2VJSPP.png
Just to be sure I have tried via a different browser (Edge) too, but the same thing happens: https://i.imgur.com/qA6dbzQ.png

KeymasterSame exact thing happens. I tried to reset the password with the other login, but no luck.
I don’t think the login/password is the issue here, WordPress would show an error message. Do you happen to have any wordfence/firewall or cloudflare firewall which may block me from logging in?

KeymasterSure!
It still doesn’t work, I don’t understand why. I also tried via different VPN networks to make sure it’s not something with my ISP, but no luck.

KeymasterAll right, now I’m seeing something different, it says the password is incorrect: https://i.imgur.com/okgqz5U.png
I tried to reset, but it says that there is no user with my email address: https://i.imgur.com/r9iOUuB.pngI think it’s going to work now if you reset the password.
