ParticipantHello, we activated the license on the dev site (temporary url) and today on the production site, the switch does not seem to work, is there a special manipulation to perform?

KeymasterCan you try activating it again to see if that disappears?
On the remote it looks okay, maybe the option was deleted on the local during a cache clear event.

ParticipantNothing happens when i try to activate the license, the page reload, and the same message appears every time i’m on another settings page.
We tried to deactivate the license from the wpdreams admin, and activate it back after 30min, we got the same problemThe style options are still there. I didn’t check every tab, but it looks to be the same as on the dev site

KeymasterOkay, then I suspect there might be a firewall or conneciton issue to the remote.
Can you please add temporary back-end and FTP details? I will run a debug session directly on the code to see what exactly is happening under the hood to find the problem.

ParticipantThank you for your work, the licence is good in the backoffice. We will keep an eye on the potentiel issue you mentionned.
But the search doesn’t work properly, i still dont have the style in the front while options are good in the settings. I tried to save every tab, but it didn’t solve the problem
And i dont have the results that should appear when you start typing something in the search bar. I dont know if this is clear enough, i join to this message a screenshot of the search bar from the dev site who works.(The search icon is hidden while we’re working on this, but you will see it if you are connected to the backoffice. The access we created for you are still good)

KeymasterOh I see. It looks like it was only very heavily cached. I saved the search settings to re-generate the styles and cleared the wp-rocket cache, now it seems to be all right.

ParticipantI tried to clear the wp-rocket cache too, it didn’t changed… But everything seems to be good now, thank ou very much !
