I acquired three lifetime licences for Astra, and I activated the theme with one of the licenses yesterday. Today I updated the site domain name (before it was just a generic one provided by the hosting company) and after that the theme wasn’t active anymore. I want to unbind the licence to that temporary domain name.
I mean, the licence now appears as inactive, and it is associated to the wrong domain name as seen in the attachment

The license is no longer active on that site (inactive), it only shows where it was last active on.
You can activate it on the other site anytime (even if it were active) either way, it is automatically moved – no manual action is needed.

I actually disabled that licence from “my purchases” page on this site, and it shows it’s inactive, which concerns me as I really need the plugin on the site and I need it to be reliable. Is there anything we can do for updating both the status (as active) and the domain associated to it (from adec90c6c5.nxcli.io to knowledge.gstc.org)?

Sure!
If you go to the Ajax Search Pro Update menu on the dashboard on knowledge.gstc.org site and activate the license there, it will update to that site. This link should take you there directly.
Just to be sure I have changed the domain manually for you, it should display active on knowledge.gstc.org now.
