Settings page blank

I have just installed Ajax Search Pro and created a new form, but no settings appear against the form. The page is just blank other than the ‘Add new search!’ option.

I’ve turned PHP error reporting on and there are no warnings relating to Ajax Search Pro.

I’ve also turned off all plugins and that made no difference.

I’m using WordPress 3.7.1 Multisite.

I’ve tested on all modern browsers and the problem appears on all.

UPDATE
The issue seems to be related to a multisite setup. On the first attempt I installed the plugin and only activated it on the child site that needs it. This resulted in a blank settings page.
I’ve now completed deleted the plugin, reinstalled and this time did a network activation, created my form in the child site then did a network deactivation and only activated on the child site. That seems to have cured it.
