I believe you can create something similar to that.
How I would do it:
– Make a custom post type for “People”, or use posts or pages to store them
– Make location, service, expertise and key market as categories/taxonomy terms related to people
– …or make location, service, expertise and key market as custom fields – whichever you prefer
